AKHS, A (Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan) is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the procurement of below packages with Reference Numbers

1- Procurement of: Procurement of Medicine for Bamyan PH for Q3 & Q4 2026 - Reference No.: RFQ/Med/0096/2026

2- Procurement of: Procurement of Medical Equipment for All Regional Health Facilities - Reference No.: RFQ/ME/0097/2026 (Please note that the Technical Specifications and Composition of Instrument Sets are provided in Sheet No. 2 of the attached RFQ document.)

Details:

Interested suppliers are invited to download and review the attached documents containing detailed specifications for the required items and submit their quotations in Afghan currency (Afghani). Quotations must be submitted in hard copy in sealed envelopes and be accompanied by an updated copy of the company's business license, bank account details, and company contact information.

Submission Deadline:

All quotations must be submitted in hard copy on or before 11^th Nov 2026, by 10:00 AM Kabul Time at the AKHS, A office located at House #42, Behind Kabul Municipality Apartments, Klola Pushta, District 4, Kabul, Afghanistan. (Electronic submissions will not be accepted.)

Submission Guideline:

The quotations should be submitted in a sealed and stamped envelope to the applicable tender box mentioned below. The RFQ cover sheet should clearly indicate the Package Reference No., Package Title, and Tender Box No. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the quotation not being considered.
