FMIC | Invitation for Quotations – Supply of Dermatology Medications and Formula Milk

The French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC) invites eligible suppliers to submit sealed quotations for the following packages under one-year framework contracts:

1. Supply of Dermatology Medications
2. Supply of Formula Milk and Nutritional Products

Interested suppliers shall submit their competitive offers in Afghani (AFA) using the attached RFQ formats, together with a copy of a valid and updated business license relevant to the scope of the procurement. Prices must include applicable taxes, delivery, and unloading at FMIC.

Selected suppliers shall provide performance security equal to 5% of the awarded contract value before contract signing.
